Information for Parents

Overview

  • Summer Camps run Monday through Friday, regardless of the weather.
  • All campers need to bring a lunch and light snack to camp daily. Additional snacks will be prepared as a part of the daily camp routine.
  • We are a nut-free camp. All camp snack recipes are nut-free and we ask all campers to refrain from bringing nut products in their lunches.
  • Campers should dress for the weather and plan to be outdoors for most of the day. Please pack a change of clothes on the first day to be left at camp for the week.
  • All campers must wear closed-toe shoes to camp. Flip-flops and sandals are not acceptable for camp activity.
  • Every camper needs a water bottle, sunscreen and a hat. Please remember to label your child's belongings.
  • Campers are encouraged to explore the farm with their counselors and are expected to listen carefully and respect farm guidelines laid out by our farmers.
  • Occasionally, camp counselors take pictures of camp activities for use in farm publications and for advertising and promotions. Camper names are never used in connection with these photos.

Registration Information

  • Summer Camp registration is taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Applications will be accepted until each session is full, at which point we will start a waiting list.
  • Please call or email Greener Partners if you have any questions or would like to set up an appointment to see our facilities.

Pick-up and Drop-off Information

  • Parents must sign campers in when they arrive at camp each morning.
  • Parents will be given an ID card that must be presented to a designated camp counselor each time a child is picked-up.
  • If someone other than a parent/guardian is picking up your child in the afternoon, and will not have the ID card, then the alternate pick-up person's name must be noted on the sign-in sheet and their photo ID will be checked.
  • Each family will be given 2 ID cards.
  • Campers are not to arrive before 8:50 AM.
